MOEMS and Mathcounts Training Course

Mathcounts and MOEMS are national competitions that give elementary and middle school students the accelerated opportunity to compete against the brightest peers in their local region, state, and nationally. We provide intensive MOEMS and MathCounts training courses that will challenge students at all levels, making sure they gain a deep appreciation and confidence for problem-solving, excel in these competitions and become ready to excel in future high school contests such as the AMC and AIME.

Our MOEMS and Mathcounts courses follow a format that closely resembles the in-contest formats that are currently in place. Our instructors, many of which have competed in the State and National rounds of MathCounts before excelling in the AIME/USAJMO and gaining admission into Stanford/MIT/Ivy League, will guide your child through algebra, counting, geometry, and number theory topics that always appear in MOEMS/Mathcounts, walking them through the most recent test questions. Special attention will be geared toward the Spring and Target rounds of MathCounts, helping students develop intuition and specific strategies to score highly in these rounds.

Each Session Includes: 

• 10 interactive live lessons that prepare students for timed problem-solving and an in-depth exploration of more difficult mathematical concepts.
• Homework Assignments with special-selected mock MOEMS or Mathcounts problems.
• Comprehensive notes and outlines that allow students to relearn unfamiliar topics, learn problem-solving intuition, and review previous lessons.
• Competition playbook featuring the most important formulas and contest-taking strategies for students to review in the weeks before taking the MOEMS/Mathcounts contests.
