StemIvy Refund, Cancellations and Class Credit Policy

• StemIvy maintains a NO REFUND policy for all students. However, we don’t have any hidden charges, such as registration fee, cancellation fee, processing fee, etc. ***No refund/credit for missing classes***
• StemIvy has very flexible policy in terms of switching classes, class cancellation, reserving class credit for future lessons.
• StemIvy tuition can also be used in all the courses we offer from coding, English and math subjects.

StemIvy Discount Policy

• Early Bird Discount: StemIvy early bird discount varies by subjects
• Return Students Discount: StemIvy values customer loyalty significantly
• Sibling Discount: StemIvy serves many families by offering sibling discount
• Group Discount: StemIvy has many students domestically and internationally, so we encourage parents to form their own class at their own schedule.

All the discount has caps and won’t be able to combine with others. Please contact admin@stemivy.com for any discount clarifications.

StemIvy Registration Policy
In order to provide effective online learning experience, please take a few minutes to read the registration policy below.

• StemIvy reserve the right to change the teacher during the session without any further notice.
• StemIvy reserve the right to cancel the class during the session. StemIvy will refund the tuition balance.
• StemIvy will cancel your registration without refund if students or parent violate the following policy:
  • Parents are NOT allowed to enter the zoom classroom or have any conversation with our teachers
  • Parents and students are NOT allowed to contact our teachers or request our teacher’s contact information directly by any ways
